Emergency Eye Clinic

We are one of the few regions in the country with a dedicated Eye Emergency Clinic, staffed exclusively by ophthalmologists, running 7-days-a-week all year long.  We provide service to Kingston and the surrounding communities, including Perth, Smiths Falls, Belleville, Brockville, and even as far away as Moose Factory.

If you are a returning patient to our Emergency Eye Clinic (that is to say, we have seen you in the past), you can contact us directly and we will see you as soon as indicated.  Please phone (613) 544 3310 and ask to speak to the ophthalmology resident on-call.

If you are a new patient and believe you have an emergent issue, the best course of action is to arrive at your local Emergency Room or Urgent Care Centre. We also receive referrals from your family doctor or optometrist.

Please note: Our emergency eye clinic is not a walk-in service. We require a referral to see a patient initially.
