Regrettably our colleague Dr Smallman has had to temporarily take a leave of absence, which involves suspending his practice and referring his patients so that their care does not get interrupted.

The Queen’s Department of Ophthalmology, of which Dr Smallman is a faculty member and colleague, is taking the majority of the referrals from his practice until such a time as he may resume his work.
