We have had a long history of clinical research in our department, commencing with our country's first multi-center randomized clinical trial evaluating the efficacy of different wavelengths for the treatment of AMD. Our faculty, residents and medical students have since been part of hundreds of publications.
Our faculty members have received careers-scientist awards from the Ontario Ministry of Longterm Heath, and the Canadian Institutes for Health Research.
If you are interested in performing a research project or research fellowship with us, please contact: Isabella Irrcher, PhD, our research coordinator.
I would also invite you to visit our faculty members' pages to view individual research interests and publications.
